Proceedings of the Second International Conference on Tamil Nationhood and Genocide in Sri Lanka

The Ottawa Tamil Conference Organizing Committee hosted the Second International Conference on Tamil Nationhood and Genocide in Sri Lanka and Search for Justice and Post-war Rebuilding of Tamil Nation – Ottawa 2018 at Carlton University in Ottawa, Canada from May 5-7 2018, with support from a number of universities, student societies and community organizations. It was a sequel to the first International Conference on Tamil Nationhood & Search for Peace in Sri Lanka, arranged at the same venue by the Academic Society of Tamil Students in May 1999. The 2018 Conference included over 25 invited speakers and presenters, with academic or activist backgrounds, whose papers were presented under six themes.
